Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Bluestar International Components, Ltd. or purchasing Bluestar International Components, Ltd. products. Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials and products on this site are warranteed for 30 days unless specifically posted. DLP/LCD Bulbs/Lamps carry a replacement warranty of 1 year from ship date, one replacement per purchase.All Front End Projection Lamps/Front DLP Projector Lamps carry a replacement warranty of 1 year from ship date, one replacement per purchase. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Damage caused by improper installation such as physical damage or not following installation instructions is not covered.Fractures on the rear terminal caused by exceeded torque force applied during installation or mishandling are not covered by warranty. Damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receipt of order. The customer must contact us to start the warranty process. Bluestar International Components cannot send out a warranty replacement until the defective product is received.Bluestar International Components will test the product when received and will inform customer of the results. Bluestar International Components will pay shipping charges back to the customer if the product is found defective.Freight collect or COD returns cannot be accepted. Parts received by Bluestar International Components without an RA number and copy of the invoice may be returned to you COD for freight charges incurred or held for processing until it has been determined that the return was made for justifiable reasons. A 25% restocking charge will be imposed on parts returned due to customer error. All parts must be returned with all accessories enclosed in the original packaging. To receive a credit or refund, parts must be returned within 30 days. Incorrect orders must be reported within 10 business days. A 30-day warranty is available for product replacements unless otherwise stated Bluestar International Components, Ltd. does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Bluestar International Components, Ltd. does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for any item more than 30 days after the original purchase date
We do not accept returns on any item damaged, abused, or destroyed
We do not accept returns on any item missing or with non-matching serial numbers or specific product markings
We do not accept returns on items specified as “AS-IS” or “ALL SALES FINAL”
We do not accept returns on items that were returned once already
There are no returns on opened packages of batteries, storage media, or software
CONSUMER PARTS PURCHASE POLICY
TVs can easily be misdiagnosed. Consumers whom are not registered service centers with a current and valid business license may purchase television parts, but are subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the functional condition of the product upon return. Some parts may be exchanged or repaired in lieu or refund. Please be warned that parts that have been irreparably damaged will not be accepted for return.
RESTOCKING FEES
All working products returned within the first 30 days of purchase are subject to a 25% restocking fee. After 30 days, there are no returns or refunds.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds are processed after we receive and process your return. Items directed to our Returns Department will be refunded within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipping carrier.
SHIPPING DELAYS, DAMAGES, OR LOSS
Bluestar International Components is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. If the shipping carrier is found to be at fault, the carrier will typically refund the shipment fees, or cover (all or partially) the purchase price of the product should the item be lost or damaged. Should an item be delayed, damaged or lost, please allow 10 business days for credit, refunds, or replacement of product.
If the product is delayed due to faulty address at the mistake of the customer, the customer may be responsible for all additional packaging and shipping costs.
Limitation of Liability
Bluestar International Components, Ltd. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Bluestar International Components, Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Bluestar International Components, Ltd. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Bluestar International Components, Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bluestar International Components, Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bluestar International Components, Ltd. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Bluestar International Components, Ltd. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Bluestar International Components, Ltd. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Bluestar International Components, Ltd..
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Bluestar International Components, Ltd. products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Bluestar International Components, Ltd. products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Bluestar International Components, Ltd.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Bluestar International Components, Ltd. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Bluestar International Components, Ltd. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
