What credit cards do you accept?

We accept MasterCardŽ, and VISAŽ.

Can I pay for my order by banking wire transfer?

Yes. For international customers wire transfer is the preferred method of payment. Upon completion of your order we will email you our banking details.

Can I pay online with a C.O.D.?

No. We currently do not accept C.O.D. orders on our website.

What currencies and payment methods do you require for international orders?

We accept payments in US dollars. You can complete your order using a credit card.

C.O.D. orders cannot be placed through our website.

What is my card member ID (CVV2) number?

The card member ID (CVV2) number is printed on your credit card and provides you with extra security. You can choose to provide us with your card member ID number, but it is not required to complete your order.

Find the card member ID number on your card:

Visa and MasterCard - Look at the signature area on the back of the card. There are seven digits printed. The last three digits make up the card member ID.

How do I change my account's tax status?

Will my order be charged sales tax?

We are required by law to charge and collect state and local sales tax for all customers residing in New York State only. Sales tax will be charged unless you have a New York State sales tax exemption certificate on file with us.If you are using a restricted sales tax exemption certificate (per purchase order), you must submit a confirming purchase order referencing the state sales tax exemption number for all orders exempt from sales tax.
